You may cancel a shipment request at any time before the status changes to "Out for Pickup". Once our associate has picked up the package, a cancellation fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your wallet/refund amount.
If a package is declared "Lost" by our operations team (no movement for 14 days), you are eligible for a 100% refund of the shipping charges + declared value coverage (up to ₹5,000 for standard accounts).
In case of weight discrepancies (volumetric vs actual), disputes must be raised within 3 days of invoice generation. Our team will share CCTV footage/images of the weighing scale for transparency.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original source (Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) or your RapidSpeed Wallet.
